Here is the delivery of i-Proshop's 14-day Limited Warranty:

• Our item is guaranteed against defects : The valid period of replacement is 14 days after your receiption. Please get our admission before shipping out. Please make sure it is not due to your misuse. Please note you have to pay your return S/H fee and our re-shipping fee.
• We do not make any refund or reimburse S/H fee charges. Only replacement would be made.
• No Matter what the reasons of your return, you have to be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Please pay the fee to us before returning your item.
• you want replacement, you must :
  a. return the whole item(s) in their original condition, and
  b. email your replacement request to us & get our instructions
• Note before returning items to us:
  a. include the original packing slip indicating which items are being returned,
  b. have a word RETURN on your returned package.
  c. return your items within 14 days from reception of goods
• Return shipping address would be emailed to you after receiving your replacement request.

• Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
