These glasses will be very well wrapped - each glass is individually wrapped in bubble wrap / paper, pading and then boxed thus ensuring they reach you in one piece, this is shown in our feedback. I always obtain a postage receipt & certificate of postage, therefore, in the unlikely event of you needing to claim, I can forward this onto you.

UK Bidders we accept PAYPAL, Uncrossed Postal Orders, Direct Bank Deposit (account details available at auction end on request). We are now accepting Cheques, however, due to the fact we have had cheques bounce after items have been sent we now allow 10 working days for the cheque clearance process. This timescale is not negotiable. If you need your item quickly I suggest you use one of our other payment methods.
Overseas bidders PAYPAL is the only method of payment we accept
** Plse note if paying via Paypal you must have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS. If you pay via Paypal and have an unconfirmed address we will refund your money and ask you to pay via a different method, i.e. Direct Bank deposit, Postal Order, Cheque. Reason being is that only confirmed addresses are covered by Paypal Buyer & Seller Protection Policy. **
When payment is received and your item has been despatched we will email you letting you know it is on the way and if taking insurance provide you with the Royal Mail Online Tracking number. We always wrap items well and aim to post items within 2 working days of receiving payment.
Non paying bidders ruin the ebay experience and prevent genuine buyers completing a sale therefore we will always file an unpaid item dispute, report them to ebay, and leave negative feedback.
Postage days are Mon, Wed and Fri.
We always get a receipt as proof of postage and a certificate of posting as well. Should your item get lost or damaged in transit plse contact us and we will provide you with the receipt and relevant information you will need to file a claim with Royal Mail.
As per Ebays Postage & Packaging Charges Policy sellers are entitled to include the costs of their packaging materials within the postage cost fees. We spend a lot of time ensuring items are wrapped well so as you receive them in one piece, we use a wide range of packaging materials (bubble wrap, jiffy bags, polywiggles, cardboard tubes, tape, envelopes, boxes, etc) and obviously this costs us. Therefore, our postage fees also include a small fee to help cover the cost of the packaging materials and petrol as I do not live near a post office. Therefore, plse take this into account when you receive your parcel and leave feedback. We will always provide the postage costs at the beginning of the auction so as you are aware as to the TOTAL cost of your item. There will be no hidden charges. ** Most ebayers understand this, however, a minority or ebayers expect their item to arrive and just to pay the cost of the stamp, if this is you, DO NOT BID ON OUR AUCTIONS. **

POSTAL INSURANCE
Unless otherwise stated in the ad, postage quoted is for UNINSURED delivery. If you require insurance and online tracking this is charged to you at cost. For UK bidders add 72p to the postage cost and item is sent Recorded Delivery. Overseas bidders add £4.20 to postage cost and item is sent Airsure. Plse note these are not my fees but the fees Royal Mail charges

We always thoroughly check items before posting, however if you find the item is faulty plse contact us within 24hrs of delivery and return within 3 days for a full refund, (buyer to pay postage costs returning item to us). We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We do not offer refunds for items lost/damaged in transit as this is out of our hands, however if the item should get lost/damaged by Royal mail, plse keep the item & packaging as Royal Mail may request to see it. Also take a photo of the damaged item as you will need this for the claim form. We will provide you with the Post Office receipt / Certificate of Posting and full details on how to pursue a claim against Royal Mail. UK bidders, plse note, we do not handle the claim on your behalf, this is something you will need to manage. Overseas bidders we will file the claim on your behalf, and any monies received from Royal Mail will be refunded to you via PAYPAL. Plse note the Royal Mail's decision is final.
We always leave feedback upon completion of the transaction, i.e receipt of goods. Plse let us know when you have received the goods either by email or feedback.
