I obtain a proof of posting for all items and will help with any claims to the best of my ability.  Items sent by courier are covered by courier insurance and delivery/receipt stipulations. Insurance and tracking is available at cost and with prior agreement.  Any problems must be reported on receipt to allow for a report to the delivery/postage company

Please look at my feedback, I have received one negative feedback in all of the time I have been with ebay and this was due to a winning bidder not liking his purchase but not getting in touch with me to discuss the problem and leaving feedback a month after receipt.  I endeavour to resolve any problem, within my knowledge, but ask that problems be reported immediately on receipt.
