Payment	For your convenience we now accept PayPal. However we appreciate you may like to speak to 'real' people from time to time and for this reason we offer a friendly over-the-phone service where we can fully discuss payment and delivery options. We accept debit/credit cards (no AMEX) over the phone, cheques made payable to West Skelston Services Ltd, postal orders and bankers drafts. Fees	WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR USING PAYPAL! Please be re-assured all of our items are genuine products. There will be no 'imported' products and all items are held in the UK . Shipping (if stated) is to standard MAINLAND uk only - this means NORTHERN IRELAND , ISLE OF MAN & the WESTERN ISLES etc.. will be subject to a surcharge. Please call PRIOR to purchasing and we can inform you of the total price.
Shipping	All our adverts state standard mainland UK carriage. This means some areas in Northern Scotland & the Highlands may be subject to a surcharge. It is very likely there will be a surcharge if your postcode falls within one of the following IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE. BT, IM, TR21-25. NORTHERN IRELAND is subject to a surcharge due to the ferry charge. We hold every item on eBay in stock (with exceptions which are clearly stated on each individual advert - in these cases the products will be shipped direct from the manufacturer on a 3-5 working day service). If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. We will ALWAYS endeavour to get the product to you at the best price.
Delivery	We offer a next-working service with 3 major carriers (exceptions are clearly stated on each advert - if doubt please ask). When paying by credit/debit card, we will ship your item the same day (before 4pm) and it will be with you between 8am-5pm the next working day where applicable. All items sent are FULLY insured so be rest assured if it gets lost or damaged in transit you will receive a replacement asap. IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A HONDA PRODUCT - YOU MUST ADVISE US OF CARRIAGE DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS. PLEASE NOTE WE REQUIRE A CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER INCASE OF ANY DELIVERY PROBLEMS. Refunds & Returns	We will offer a full refund and arrange an uplift under the following circumstances: The item you receive is incorrect and not the item you ordered. The item is received damaged (we must be advised within 24hrs) If you have ordered the item and changed your mind you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less any handling charges and carriage (standard handling charge is 20%).
