Every item we offer carries a manufacturer's warranty for peace of mind. We will arrange a full refund in the event of an incorrect item being supplied. If an item arrives damaged we will either uplift and replace or ship a replacement part - quicker for the customer - at no cost to you. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours.
If you have ordered an item and changed your mind you may return it at your cost. We will charge a handling fee to cover outbound carriage etc and refund the difference. The normal charge is 20% of the cost of the item. The item must be unused and all original packaging must be intact. |
