We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from Allsorts Shop but if your not, all we ask is that you return the item to us within 7 days, in its original packaging and condition and we will happily offer a refund.  Delivery charges can not be returned, and return postage costs are borne by you, (we suggest you used a tracked method of return)  Please contact us by email before returning any goods.

Please note that, with the exception of damaged or faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of items which have been opened and used.  In the event of your item arriving damaged/faulty, please email us within 24 hours and we will exchange/replace free of charge.  If your items shows signs of damage on delivery, please mark delivery sheet as “Damaged”, or open and check in front of carrier.
If you wish to cancel your order.  Please write/email us within 7 days.  If your order as been dispatch, you must return it to us within 7 days of receipt at your own expense for a refund.
