Immediate Payment Required:

Payment must be made within Seven Days after the auction closes. We can only deliver to PayPal confirmed address, and we will refund payments with delivery addresses that are not PayPal Confirmed. We cannot change the delivery address after receipt of the payment.

Delivery Address:

Our Delivery Promise:

All sales come with 12 Months warranty covering manufacturing defects unless advertised differently. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. If the item is faulty, death on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period. If in the event that a replacement is not available then and only then will we issue you with a full refund (including p&p).

For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 365 days of receipt and accompanied with a packing slip.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and delivered via traceable means.
Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 7 days from delivered date.
Buyer is responsible for all return delivery charges.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Unwanted items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

1. If I Pre-order an item when will I receive it?

We will deliver your pre-ordered item to you prior to release via your chosen method of delivery. The vast majority of pre-orders arrive for the day of release. However we cannot guarantee delivery by release date for recorded Royal Mail deliveries, because Royal Mail cannot make this guarantee. Please note that International orders will take longer to be delivered. Please note that release dates are subject to change.

2. Do you deliver to overseas customers? How much are the delivery costs?

No, sorry UK customers only.

3. Where's my order?

Once you have successfully placed your order and received e-mail confirmation back from us you are able to track the fulfilment progress of your order using the Royal Mail online system.

4. Lost in transit deliveries - what's your policy?

Before contacting us to report a lost / late delivery, please check on the status of your order using the Royal Mail system.

In the unlikely event that an order is lost during delivery, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order sent via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 10 working days (please note International orders are subject to a 28 Day wait) before replacing it, as most 'missing' items are located within the postal system within this period, as advised by the Royal Mail.

It may also be advisable to contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you.

Orders delivered via courier require the customer's signature upon delivery and cannot be released by the driver without this.

Please note: You may only claim for lost in transit deliveries for up to a maximum of 45 days from the despatch date.

5. Can I have my order sent to an address other than my own?

In most cases, no. However, for security reasons we are only able to make delivery of certain orders to the home address of the person placing the order, the credit/debit card holder. Please note that orders being sent to an alternative delivery address may be subject to security checks and delivery times will therefore be extended.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
