I offer a 7-day money back guarantee for UK customers from date of item being sent. 14 days for Europe and overseas customers from date of your item being sent. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within the 7 days period for a full refund, Returned items must be in their original resale condition and unopened packaging.  All postage costs occurred are non refundable. I am not responsible for orders that are delayed, damaged or missing due to the postage service, I always keep proof of posting.  Please email  me as I am always happy to try and help resolve any issues.
