Exchange / Return
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items can be returned for replacement, refund or exchanging for a different size or colour subject to a re-postage charge. Refunds will be minus postage.

For the items which are weight Less than 1000g: We normally deliver them by Royalmail 1st class or 2nd class as you required. Most items will be posted by 2nd as default option to save your postage cost, which take 3-5 working days. For the items which are weight above 1000g: We normally deliver them by Next Day delivery Couriers or Royalmail 1st class if the next day delivery service is not suitable in your area, which take 1-2 days (Mon-Fri). Tracking code for higher value items may be available upon request.
