to get all items to the buyer within 7 (seven) working days from the time of payment in full being received.
In some cases the item may be out of stock. In this situation a member of staff will contact you and advise of any delay. If a refund is requested at this point by you (The buyer) it will be granted and refunded in full to include any delivery charges.
We will accept returns from you for items not required. All cancellations of an order must be made in writing (via email or by letter) with cancellation date no later than 7 days after the date of delivery of your item.
We do not accept cancellation of orders 7 days after date of delivery of goods.
Returns are your (The Buyer) responsibility and any costs incurred for returning are to be paid by you and are not reimbursable. We would advise that all items are returned in a traceable manner.
On proof of a return being sent to Cardiff Motorcycles Limited, Unit B6 Westpoint Industrial Estate, Cardiff. CF11 8JQ We will refund as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation being received.
We request that all items be returned in the same packaging as dispatched we understand this is sometimes not possible but if you could kindly put any original packaging in the return box.
