•Pound Sterling cheques (allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear). Please make cheques payable to "Toys and Interiors" and write the eBay item number on the back.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the close of auction.
We reserve the option to revoke the auction and file a Non-Paying Bidder alert if the payment is not received within seven (7) days.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us, we will do what we can to resolve the problem. We respectfully request that any queries are made within 7 days of receipt, after which we cannot guarantee a refund.

In order to return the item/s, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and it must be returned in re-sellable condition in original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address

This item may be shipped with a signature on delivery service. Please ensure that your give us an address where you will be available to sign for the item. We will not ship to a PO Box or a BFPO address. Please make sure you have an alternative address available before bidding on any item.

Please note that for shipping purposes, we will use the address you have on file with Paypal/eBay
If an item is returned to us - due to the buyer not being present at the time of attempted delivery, the buyer will then again have to pay for the item to be shipped back. We will not be responsible to cover this cost. Re-shipment charges will be that of the original postage and package charge.

OVERSEAS BUYERS
Postal/courier charges for items sent outside the UK, especially for items over 1kg, are often quite high. If you are not happy with the Shipping Costs please do not bid on the
auction as we cannot lower the fees.
