The scooter comes in a crate for final assembly which includes the following: Front wheel and mudguard, handle bars and front plastics, battery, side stand and mirrors. In total 10 bolts and screws. This does come with instructions on how to put together which is isn't hard but some mechanical knowledge would be an advantage.
