Here is the latest issue RAF Airforce Blue goretex  jacket, made from waterproof and breathable material.
 
Front zip with velcro storm flap, velcro adjustable cuffs, and a high storm collar, but no hood.
 
Eppaulettes for attaching insignia on the shoulders, deep chest pocket on the left hand side, two large velcro closure large lower cargo pockets, with additional side slit pockets behind them.
 
Inside is a removable black quilted liner which can be removed if desired in warm weather.
 
Elasticated tighteners in the hem and waist area.
 

This jacket is size 200/110  so ideally for a person 6'3 - 6'5" in height, and with 41" - 43" chest..
