UK buyers usually have a choice of 1st Class Standard or 1st Class Recorded Delivery (unless the item is very heavy, in which case the Standard Parcels service will be used). Recorded Delivery provides online tracking and requires a signature on delivery. This signature can subsequently be viewed online. In the event of loss or damage, these services provide compensation to a maximum of £36, based upon the value of your item (postage is NOT refundable).
If you require a higher level of compensation, or if you need guaranteed Next Day Service, please let me know before you make payment, and I will send you an invoice showing the revised postal charge for Special Delivery.
2. Postal Charges - Europe and Worldwide
European and Worldwide postal costs are based on standard Airmail, which is NOT trackable. In the event of proven loss of or damage to your parcel, Royal Mail will pay compensation up to £36 based upon the value of your item (postage is NOT refundable).
AIRSURE is a trackable service that offers compensation up to £500, and is fully trackable. If you would like me to use Airsure, please let me know before you make payment, and I will send you an invoice showing the revised postal charge (which will be dependent on the amount of compensation required).
3. Loss or Damage
I do NOT accept personal liability for lost or damaged items, although every assistance will be given to trace the item or to claim compensation from Royal Mail. I can only investigate within the procedures and guidelines determined by Royal Mail. Buyers MUST also be prepared to abide by these procedures and guidelines (including timescales) when a claim is being investigated.

5. Returns
Unwanted items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be in the same condition as when originally sold, with any labels or tags still attached (if applicable). If items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition, NO REFUND will be given. Subject to satisfactory return, the purchase price of the item will be refunded (but please note that postage costs are NOT refundable).

7. Non-Payers
Non-payers are the scourge of eBay, and I almost always report them to eBay and file negative feedback. PLEASE do not bid unless you are prepared to pay!
