Washing Guidelines
We recommend washing before first use to gain the full benefit of the absorbancy.
Wash seperately for the first couple of washes, as colour transfer from the stripes very occasionally occurs.

Order and Payment
Once you have clicked to 'Buy It Now' on eBay, you will be transferred to our eBay checkout system to complete your order. If you are purchasing more than 1 item from us, we recommend that you contact us after clicking 'Buy It Now' on all items but BEFORE making your payment, in order for us to recalculate your combined postage saving.
We accept payment by: Paypal, Postal Orders, Personal Cheque (please allow 7 days from receipt for clearance) and Bank Transfer. Should you wish to make a credit/debit card payment, feel free to call us on 01302 325523 (Mon-Fri 10am-2pm).
If you need to contact us with any further instructions or information regarding your order, please do so via the My Messages section on eBay - noting that we do NOT pay attention to any notes left by you via your paypal payment.

Delivery
WE ALWAYS OFFER COMBINED POSTAGE - in most UK cases, this should never exceed £6.95 (see below for exceptions, which are usually geographical).
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe delivery to you.
Our postage charges are based on combined weight and are calculated at checkout - prices quoted for 2nd item postage prices at the bottom of each listing should be used as a guide only - we always recommend you contact us after ordering in order for us to recalculate your postage charge.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be despatched as soon as possible.
Please note: Courier delivery is not available to addresses off the UK mainland (including the Isle of Wight), nor to any KW, HS, AB31-56, FK19-21, KA27/28, PA20-78, PH5-10, PH16-50 and ZE postcodes - in these instances you will be offered alternative services, which are generally a little more expensive. The £6.95 charge is not applicable for items/orders over 25kg.
It is vital that your parcel is checked IMMEDIATELY upon it's arrival and any damages reported to us within 24 hours (excluding weekends) as we have only this time window to submit a claim with the courier company. We are unable to refund customers for any damages reported to us outwith this 24-hour period. Please also advise us if you have not received your order within the timescales applicable to the service paid for.
In the case where an item is lost by Royal Mail, we are normally unable to replace this item until 21 days from despatch have elapsed and Royal Mail have agreed to pay out on our claim for loss. In the event of damage in transit, again we are normally unable to replace this item until Royal Mail have agreed to pay out on our claim for loss. Optional insurance is available against the above (see 'Terms'). Please refer to www.royalmail.com for details of their international less/damage policies, to which we will comply in such an event.
Returns & Terms
We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
We are happy to refund any item within 30 days, PROVIDED it is returned in the original condition it was bought, not used or damaged in any way and returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refund only 20% of the original purchase price in instances where items are not returned in such a condition.
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all items - genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item and cannot accept any items not returned with their original packaging. It is the customers responsibility to pay return postage costs initially when sending the item back to us. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will of course refund these postage costs.
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use and should be aware that differences in screen resolutions of individual computers can slightly affect the appearance of colours on our images, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Postal Insurance: We offer an optional additional cover against loss of or damage to items sent via Royal Mail Delivery. In the event where a parcel is lost in transit via Royal Mail, and optional additional insurance cover has been taken, we will replace this item once 21 days from despatch have elapsed. In the event an item has become damaged in transit, and optional additional insurance cover has been taken, we will replace this item immediately without requiring the item to be returned to our warehouse (photographic evidence will be required). In the event insurance cover is not taken, we will normally have to wait for Royal Mail to pay out on a claim before being able to replace the parcel.
Curtain Measuring
While our curtains are sold in pairs, the sizes refer to each individual curtain, width first then length. So if, for example, you purchase 66" X 72" curtains, you will receive two curtains sized 66" wide by 72" long, allowing for a full and luxurious fitting.
Measuring Width
First of all, measure the width of your curtain track or pole. If you have yet to fit your pole or track please bear in mind that the track or pole should ideally be positioned 6" (15cm) above the window and extend 6" (15cm) either side of the window (excluding finials). As a minimum the total width of both curtains should be one and a half times as wide as the track or pole (excluding finials).
Measuring Length
Before measuring the length, decide whether you want your curtains to fit to the windowsill, below the windowsill or to the floor. We suggest that: Windowsill length curtains finish 1/2" (1.5cm) above the sill. Curtains that fall below the windowsill finish 6" (15cm) below. Floor length curtains finish 1/2" (1.5cm) from the floor. Note: when measuring curtain length for poles, measure from the top of the pole in the case of Tab Tap curtains.
