This is a brand new official XBOX Live Wired Headset with inbuilt microphone.  It can also be used with XBOX 360 consoles.  These headsets actually have better sound quality than the wired XBOX 360 ones (check out the forums)!  These headsets do not have volume control actually on the headset when you are using them with 360.

Very good quality headset as you would expect from Microsoft XBOX products.  The headset has the XBOX logo on the earpiece.
