• Credit/Debit Cards - Give us a call and we will take your credit/debit card payment over the phone - Please do not e-mail your credit card details to us, this is not secure.
• Bank Transfer - Please contact us after purchase and we will provide you with our bank details , so you can transfer funds.

In the unlikely event that you receive a possibly faulty LCD then we will be more than happy to exchange it once you have contacted us with the problem. We will then diagnose the problem and either provide a solution over the phone or ask you to send the LCD back for replacement or a refund once we have tested it. We will only accept screens that have not had the screen protector removed at all (we will still not accept if you have removed it and put it back) so please test the LCD before removing the screen protector. 

All our stock has the serial numbers marked down and have been security marked so please do not waste our time by trying to send back your previously faulty LCD as we will just throw it in the bin and you will have wasted time and money sending it to us.
On mobile phone fascias, there will be no returns or refunds, as all our items are always sent out in immaculate condition. We will replace your item in the unlikely event of it reaching you with damage which clearly occurred during postage e.g. a smashed screen. We will not accept returns where the customer has clearly done the damage, for example where screws which are too long have been used.

The items are always very well packaged so you will receive them in the condition we send them. We will not accept returned LCDs that have been obviously mishandled by the customer.
