</b></u>The time it takes to deliver your item is measured after despatch if you
order before 2.45pm your item will leave same day otherwise it will leave us the

<b>1st Class</b> - 3-5 working day delivery (Monday to Friday) if you need your
item by the weekend don't choose first class.<br>
<b>TRACKED</b> - 2-3 day delivery the time it takes to deliver is measured after
despatch.<br>
<b>Next Day</b> - Parcelforce arrives next day after despatch (Monday to Friday)
i.e. not SATURDAY.<u><br>

Do you do combined postage?</strong><br>
</u>Yes we do do combined postage! In fact order as
many items as you like and you wont pay anymore than £3.99 for our standard
tracked service (seller's standard rate). Far superior to first class. Even
though Royal Mail charge based on size and weight of package we will give you
extra items FREE OF CHARGE. International customers only pay one postage charge
with no extra fees if they order more than one item.<u><br>

Items will be shipped same day if ordered before 2:45pm and within 24 hours if

Royal Mail Tracked (Seller's Standard Rate) is
guaranteed within 3 days after despatch and has full traceability for only
£3.99. And we don't charge extra for extra items! Order as many items as you
want and its still only £3.99! Royal Mail Tracked is a brand new Royal Mail
service that uses the same network as Special Delivery (its kept separate from
all other mail) its far more reliable than first class and on average gets there
quicker. We pride ourselves in having the best shipping deals for licensed
costumes on eBay. If you want the fastest service then choose PARCELFORCE it
arrives next working day after we despatch (Monday to Friday). Both these
options are available in our cart when you come to pay. On heavier items only
courier is available.<u><br>

<p><font size="2" face="Tahoma" color="#3B5E83">If for some reason you need to return your goods please follow the instructions below.</p>
<p><font size="2" face="Tahoma" color="#3B5E83">Please note if we have
accepted your best offer or you have selected a second chance offer on the item,
a 25% re-stocking charge and non refund of postage will be incurred. All refunds
are subject to a re-stocking charge of 10%, as we are still charged by eBay,
Paypal and the post office for the sale. This is applicable in all instances
excluding faulty goods, wrong size and late delivery that is our fault or our
couriers (does not apply to royal mail as not guaranteed delivery services).
<p><font size="2" face="Tahoma" color="#3B5E83"><b>Instructions for returning the goods</b>.<ul>
<li>Items due for return should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in no refund being given.</li>
<li>Before sending the goods back to us please email to obtain a returns authorization number. You will need to confirm your eBay ID, eBay item number, postcode and reason for return. </li>
<li>You will need to include this returns number on the parcel and the reason for return stating whether you require a refund or replacement, otherwise we will not be able to refund you. </li>
<li>Please note that goods returned to us must be in <u>resalable</u> condition. They must include all items of the packaging and be packed in the manner they were dispatched; in the manner you would expect to receive it. For reasons of hygiene wigs, tights, eyelashes, and masks cannot be returned. </li>
<li>When returning the package please use a tracked service for your own assurance and peace of mind. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of delivery.</li>

Should a product be faulty,
you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange the
product. Please see instructions above on how to return your goods. Once we have
received your goods in resalable condition we will refund the price of the item
and the postage costs or re send another new product to you.<br>

<b>Returns £ Wrong Size</b><br>
Should a product be the wrong
size due to us sending the wrong size to you in error, you should let us know
immediately as we will happily refund or exchange the product. Please see
instructions above on how to return your goods. Once we have received your goods
in resalable condition we will refund the price of the item and the postage
costs or re send another new product to you.
<p><font size="2" face="Tahoma" color="#3B5E83">If the item is the wrong size
and we have fulfilled the order correctly. We will happily replace your item for
the correct size if you return the original at your cost and pay an additional
nominal postage charge for us to re-send if the goods are required to be
refunded we will refund less our 10 percent re-stocking charge and your original
postage costs.
<p><font size="2" face="Tahoma" color="#3B5E83"><b>Returns £ Cancelled Order</b>

If you need to cancel your
order before we have shipped your goods no charges will be incurred. If we have
already shipped your item you should let us know immediately as we will happily
refund or exchange the product. Please note the instructions above. Once we have
received your goods in resalable condition we will refund the price of the item
minus a 10 percent re-stocking charge and the postage costs or re send another
new product to you.<b><br>

Returns £ Late Delivery<br>
</b>If your goods arrive with you
after your party date and we are at fault i.e. we have not sent your item to you
in a timely manner or the courier (not royal mail this is not a guaranteed
delivery date service) is at fault by delivering the item in an untimely manner,
you can return the items as described above and we will refund you including the
postage charge you paid on purchase. We will also refund postage charges
incurred by you for return of the goods.

If the goods arrive with you after your party date and you are at fault, for example, by choosing a first
class service rather than an upgraded next day service or you are unavailable
for delivery and the item is returned to us from the courier company, then
please refund using the instructions above and we will refund you the purchase
price you paid minus a 10 percent re stocking charge and postage costs incurred
by ourselves to send the item to you.
