After you won the auction, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. All payments must go through our checkout.
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Switch, Solo, Discover, JCB, Debit Card, money order, cashier's check and personal check (e-check and personal checks will be held up to 7 business days before shipping). However if you provide us with you card guarantee number we will despatch your order the following day we receive your check, subject to our personl checks.
We accept credit card payment for both UK, and international orders. You will never be asked you CVV number by any of our customer service representatives.
Payments are expected within 14 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item(UPI) complaint will be filed with Ebay upon non-receipt of payment.
Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. We start to process and rush your order once checkout is completed.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order.
For multiple purchases, our checkout system will determine the Shipping and Handling based on shipping profiles shown in each auction whichever is higher. All additional shipping discounts will be applied automatically.

Combined shipping is only limited to the auctions listed under the seller account: Ebuyworldwide.
Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible, and will not be held responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Any extra charges will be forwarded to the buyer.
Postal Insurance is also offered for a small nominal fee, based on a percentage of the sub value of your order. However this is optional. all purchsaes are however protected upto £500.00.

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are anything less than delighted with any item for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

We also offer a courier collection service and swap, which enable us to effectively process a incorrect item received or a simple, return that you may have, further details are given in our FAQ's area. Please allow upto 3-5 business days, inorder for us to efficiently process your refund, through your desired method.
If you have opened your item, you may be asked to fill in a RMA form, where you will then be given an RMA number for reference. All original Shipping & Handling charges are non refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
