• Items will be accepted for return or exchange only if they are not as described
• Items must be posted back within 7 days of receiving
• Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe box
• The shipping and handling fees are not refundable. For exchanges the customer is still responsible for all shipping and handling costs back to us and then reshipping fees for the return shipment to the customer
