We can only accept payment by Paypal.

Please note that Paypal can hold a payment under review for up to 24 hrs from the time payment is made and this is entirely at their discretion. Further, eCheque payments can take up to 10 days to clear. We will only ever dispatch goods once payment has cleared.

Shipping

All orders will be dispatched the next working day of payment being received. You will receive email confirmation when your order has been shipped.  Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm. Unfortunately we are unable to give a specific delivery time. Please note that we will only dispatch goods once payment has cleared. See our payment terms for more information.

We currently ship to the UK Mainland including Scotland and Wales. We are unable to ship to the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland. We do not ship to Europe or the rest of the world.

Deliveries are made by a one man delivery service. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. Please be aware that if you purchase a product on an express delivery service and require assistance with the positioning of the product you must arrange the assistance yourself. If you agree a booked delivery time and this then fails due to your not being present on arrival, a fee of £10 will be applied for redelivery. We advise customers to be vigilant when receiving and signing for goods.

Please inspect the packaging for damage immediately upon receipt. If there is any doubt please sign for the goods as "damaged". If this is not carried out and damage is reported after the delivery agent has left, we are not able to replace the item.

Missing items on delivery: Please check all goods that are delivered to you and only sign for the items you have received. We can not be held liable for missing goods that have been signed for.

Damages: All orders must be checked at the time of delivery and if you feel there may be any damages to your order please sign for this as damaged. We will replace any missing or broken parts where possible.

Please note that unwanted mattresses cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene. We reserve the right to send any returned mattresses back to you again if we believe they have been opened and/or used. Some mattresses - namely memory foam mattresses - will arrive vacuum packed, please do not open and unroll to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging. Opened vacuum packed mattresses will not be returned regardless of whether the correct model has or hasn’t been delivered.

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered: Goods will be collected at a charge of £40.00 per item. Goods must be returned in the packaging they arrived in within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that unwanted mattresses cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene. We reserve the right to send any returned mattresses back to you again if we believe they have been opened and/or used. Some mattresses - namely memory foam mattresses - will arrive vacuum packed, please do not open and unroll to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging. Opened vacuum packed mattresses will not be returned regardless of whether the correct model has or hasn’t been delivered.

Under Guarantee: All our products are supplied with a 12 month manufacturers' warranty. If you feel your product is faulty please contact us directly at marketplacesupport@worldstores.co.uk. First instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.
