	Refunds and Returns
	We accept the return of our goods with in 7 days from receipt in their original box with all paper & tags attached unworn. We complete a visual inspection of every item sold prior to dispatch, but in the unlikely event of a fault, wrong size or colour received then we will aim to provide a replacement were possible and reimburse the customer with return postage costs. If an exchange is unavailable or not wanted then we will also refund the Buy it now / Auction price & original postage costs. For items which have been purchased and are the wrong size/fit, the customer is liable for the return postage costs back to Brandshop for an exchange / refund for shoes/item only where our free postage promotion is not in place. In periods of a free postage promotion then the full refund will be given. If the customer requests an exchange, they will have to cover the additional postage costs of £4.95 for the item being returned to them next day service either by Courier or first class recorded signed-for. Return policy

We accept the return of our goods within 7 days from receipt in their original box with all paper & tags attached and unworn. We complete a visual inspection of every item sold prior to dispatch, in the unlikely event of a fault, wrong size or colour received then we will reimburse the customer with return postage costs and dispatch the correct item, but for shoes which have been purchased and are the wrong size / fit, the customer will have to pay the Recorded Delivery charges back to Brandshop Retail Ltd for an exchange / refund for shoes only.
If the customer requests an exchange, they will have to cover the additional poostage costs for the item being returned to them.
