Delivery

All of our orders are checked and dispatched as soon as we receive your cleared payment. Most of our products are delivered within 1-2 working days for most mainland UK postcodes. For postcodes that are not mainland UK postcodes delivery time is between 3-4 working days. There may be times that delivery of your items might take longer. This is beyond our control, and we recommend that you wait 7 days before you inquire about your order.

Returns

Defective products must be reported within 24 hours by calling our Customer Service department on 0141 416 3735 from date of receipt. The product must be returned to us in the original and un-used condition and in its original packaging.

Faulty Products
If your products are damaged or even faulty you can request a replacement. If there is no replacement for a particular product, we will offer you a refund. For a refund, you have 7 working days from date of receipt to return your products to us. We will then issue you a refund and where appropiate a refund of the delivery charge.

Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order and we have not dispatched it, we will issue you a full refund. However, if the order is already dispatched, we will issue you a refund of the cost of the order, but not the delivery charge.
