If for any reason you wish to return your item you must do so within 14 days. The item must be returned in original packaging and condition and unused. We reserve the right to make a reasonable reduction of the refunded amount for damaged goods/packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage and packaging cost together with safety of the item(s) in return transit.  This does not affect your statutory rights. Made to measure products (e.g. bespoke/special size customer orders or cut fabric) are exempt from refunds under the DSR regulations. In the unlikely event of a fault we shall replace the item.
