NOCHEX-If you are a UK resident hoping to pay via Credit or Debit card it is now very simple. Nochex makes it much simpler, it beats wasting time sending payments through the post and then waiting for clearance. You do not need to be a member at all. All you need is a valud credit or debit card and you can pay directly into our Nochex account. The best thing is, you don't need to be a member, you just need our link. In terms of buyer protection, nochex offers the same security paypal can offer.

BANK TRANFER-You can also pay us via direct bank transfer. All you need to do is email us with the full details of your item and yourself, we will respond with the Bank details so you can pay by either popping into a local natwest branch or by internet banking.

BACS-Upon Request, same as Bank transfer.

POSTAL ORDERS- Remember to provide us a separate note along with the payment telling us your ebay username and ebay item number so we can mark the item off as paid. Postal orders are marked off as paid for and sent out asap.

We have provided a few options for delivery. If you are in the UK you can choose from Royal mail 1st class standard post, Royal mail Recorded 1st class or Special delivery. Prices and shipping costs vary obviously depending on the total weight of your order or the value. Next day delivery is only guaranteed next day if it's Special delivery, otherwise it could take 1 day or even a week. 

Once payment has been recieved the item will be sent out on a next day service with online tracking available. The deadline for payments on that day is 12pm. Any items paid for after 12pm will be sent the day after.

Online tracking is available upon request as soon as the item has been sent(available only for Recorded and Special or International deliveries)

 

 

Contact must be made within 3 days of auction end and payment must be made within 7 days of auction close or item will be relisted and non paying bidder alerts will be filed and negative feedback will be left.

Any non paying bidders will be reported to eBay.  They will get a non paying bidder strike. If you get 2 of these you get automatic suspension.

Terms and conditions of refund: In case you puchased the item by accident, we will refund if you drop us an email before the item has been delivered. Of course you will need to keep in touch so you can agree the final value fee process. Contact has made within 48 hours after you receive item(s) The item is returned in the condition it was delivered in. No negative feedback is given after refund and none will be given to you. Refunds will be given but refund amount will be £5 less plus original shipping fee deducted. The £5 fee is a restocking charge and buyer must pay all postage costs for the return. This only applies if we have sent the incorrect item, of course
