I require returns to be made 7 days from purchasing. Please notify me ASAP if you want to return.
If I am responsible for the return (e.g. damaged goods sent) then I will refund you the full amount. If I am not responsible (e.g. the item was the wrong size) then I will refund the sale price only and not the postage costs.
Returned items must be in the same condition as sent out and in the same box. I cannot offer a full refund if I don’t receive the item as it was sent out.
I may charge a small (10%) restocking fee depending on the circumstance.
For returned items, I will cancel the transaction which you would have to accept that we have agreed to not complete the transaction.
Please write a note with the item, giving me your eBay User ID and the reason for return.
Please write your "Sender's Address" on the returned package, since it may need to be returned if it doesn't reach my addrress.
Please purchase items only when you are sure it is the correct size.
PLEASE NOTE that a small fraction of my items may not have the full packaging (e.g. some trainers may not have a lid on the box). If items are purchased as gifts, then you may want to ask me to check whether the packaging is complete or not. Also I will not be responsible for any factory marks which are a result of the manufacturers. These marks should not be noticeable as otherwise I would not list the item.
