POSTAGE

I post everyday Monday to Friday and your item will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received. *I do not post at weekends or during notified holiday periods which are always displayed on my shop front page. My items are wrapped securely and I always try to ensure no damage can be made to any item through postage. I also obtain proof of postage and place a return address label on the back of all of my parcels. If an item is lost by the Royal Mail – I will always make the claim against them - this will also involve the buyer signing a lost in post declaration form prior to any claim being made. If you would like recorded or special delivery for any item please enquire about this before you buy/pay – an extra charge will obviously apply for this.

I also combine postage for multiple items at 20% off total postage cost.

Buyer’s commitment

If buyers do not pay for any items which they have committed to buy, I will file an unpaid item dispute with Ebay and request an unpaid item strike against a buyers account – this is because this is the only way Ebay allow sellers to obtain their selling fees back for non paying buyers. So please only bid if you are willing to pay.

Returns Policy

My aim is to be a 5 STAR Ebayer. I accept returns in line with the Distance selling regulations but a replacement is subject to the availability of stock. Returns are not accepted on earrings and navel bars or any body jewellery for hygiene reasons – this is a standard retail practice.

If you are unhappy with your purchase - please send an email to me within 3 days upon receipt of your item and return the item to me in original packaging within 14 days. I may ask for a photo to be sent in some instances to avoid returning the item. Buyer needs to pay for the return cost of posting.

I will send a replacement or refund any monies due, upon receipt of returned item.
