We send are items via Royal Mail, if you are not available to receive your item from Royal Mail when it is being delivered your item may be taken back to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office/Depot.  Royal Mail should leave a card saying how long they will keep it at the stated Post Office/Depot.  If you do not pick up your item within the stated period of time your item will returned to us.  It is the buyers responsibility to collect their undelivered item from the Stated Royal Mail Post Office/Depot.  In the event that your item is returned to us and require this to be sent to you again you will have to pay for postage.

Genuine new Saab parts come with 12 month warranty. Used parts come with a 3 month warranty. Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods. Buyer pays postage and shipping. Fitted parts cannot be returned.
