Most items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.

If you return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the P&P and 25% re-stocking fee.

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a “signed for” service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

We accept payment by PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards and Postal Orders.
We will not entertain payment by personal or business cheque.

By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date).  Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.

By Credit and Debit Card – We can accept payment with your credit or debit card. The card holder must be the person making the payment; items will only be sent to the card holder at their billing address. By Postal Order - Please contact us after purchase for our postal address.  It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or Special Delivery only.

Shipping

This item is in stock at our UK warehouse. Upon shipping we supply an email confirmation through eBay and a Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail International Signed For reference number for every phone. This is emailed to you directly via PayPal, if for any reason you do not get this email, this information is freely available to you when you sign in to your PayPal account. Please note that Royal Mail do not supply detailed tracking information telling you where your item is; they just confirm delivery of your item & the signatory.

We can only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. Royal Mail set this limit at 15 business days from date of dispatch.  We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

UK Express Service (£14.99) - Delivered to you in 2 - 5 Working Days

For all credit/debit card transactions the card holder must be the person making the purchase through their own eBay account. We will only ship to the card billing address. For Postal Order Payments, we ship to the address you supply us on eBay and with your postal order. Your item is shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Service. For this option please select 'Sellers Standard Rate' upon checkout.
