This 12 month guarantee is valid from the day of purchase for 12 months and covers any unexpected manufacturers faults that may occur to the saddle. In this unlikely event, the saddle should be returned to us at the customers expense within the 12 month period stating the date of purchase, the method of payment, the nature of the fault, and how the fault occurred. Upon reciept of the saddle, the fault will be assessed and a replacement will be sent subject to availability.

 



 

We will always use the most economical method available to deliver to you, whether it be via one of our appointed couriers, or via the Royal Mail.

We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY within a 10 mile radius on orders of £35 or more.

We DO NOT have the facilities for customers to be able to collect their orders from our premises.

Customers outside of the UK mainland or in the IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49 & PA60-78, PH17-26 & PH30-44 & PH49-50, ZE postcode areas will be asked to either postage at our cost, in the most economic way possible.
