5. We charge you what it costs us to post and pack the product and get it to the Post Office. We have to repack the product to withstand the Royal mail delivery system and to make sure it gets to you in the condition, and within the time both we and you expect. Please compare our postage costs with other Ebay sellers who appear to make a profit from overcharging you for shipping.
6. As the only official UK repair centre for Kodo we check your goods before they are sent. This includes a 5 minute burn-in test and a full PAT test. When we ship them we know they work. You will see other sellers have negative feedback for sending out cracked ceramic plates, this just does not happen when you make your purchase here.
