We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Returns

KOALA Products will accept returns for genuinely faulty goods, which will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 
Note this does not include accidental breakages or user error. All items are quality checked before dispatch.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
If goods were purchased in error, they must be returned in there original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be levied and the carriage will not be refunded.
