Today, busy working families turn to JCPenney in cities, towns and suburbs across America for affordable fashions and home accessories.

Bag is water resistant.  Black in color.  Has emblem that says IT'S ALL INSIDE.  Has a logo 100 year - says TIMELESS VALUE.

Other side has small  American flag.  You can carry by hand has 2 small straps and/or you can carry on your shoulder (adjustable strap).

Bag measures approx. width 16in, approx. length 16in.  Inside of bag can be spread apart approx. 6in.
