Payment terms: We accept PAYPAL only. Payment to be made within 3 days of auction ending or immediately if “buy it now” option is used. Non paying bidder will be left an unpaid item strike, left negative feedback and reported to E-bay. If you do not intend to pay - don’t bid.

Delivery: We strive to dispatch all items the day payment is received but we ask you to allow us up to 2 days to properly package and despatch your item. Delivery times vary with each listing so please read individual postage details.

Returns: We will accept returns up to 7 days from end of auction for faulty items: exceptions may occur. Returns for items incorrectly ordered through negligence on buyer’s part (not reading listings properly or not communicating with seller etc) will not be accepted for return. We put adequate information on our listings and at anytime you can use the “ask seller a question” option if you are still unsure. Faulty goods will require items to be returned at buyers expense and only with prior agreement with us. Replacement or refund will be offered on faulty items. Items damaged in post are only covered if the item is insured, we will though assist you in any claim you may have with the Royal Mail.
