We understand that sometimes a purchase may no longer be required. If you would simply like to return the item, then we can refund the purchase provided the following conditions are met:
DO NOT MAKE USE OF THE ITEM OR ANY OF THE PACKAGE CONTENTS. DO NOT OPEN ANY SEALED ITEMS THAT COME IN THE BOX. THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN BRAND NEW CONDITION.
You must notify us of your intent to return the item to us within 7 days. The item must be posted back to us to the address on the invoice within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The item must be returned unopened and unused in its original factory condition, and all leads, batteries, memory cards, CD's, manuals and ANY accessories etc must be in the box as they were provided. We will not refund any item that shows signs of use or is not returned in pristine condition with all its accessories.
Please send a covering letter with the return, and state clearly the reason for return. Also send a copy of your original Global Photographics Ltd. invoice with the return.
The item must not be damaged or marked in any way at all. If the device shows any sign of use, then it will be classed as second hand, and may not be eligable for a full refund, and therefore returned to you at your cost.
It is advisable to return your order via Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. We do not cover your return postage costs neither will we refund the original P&P charge unless we sent you a wrong item. If you received a damaged product, please return it to us. Postage for returning a damaged item will have to be paid by yourselves, however you can claim back the original postage from Royal Mail if you have marked the item as " Received damaged ".
The normal delivery time from dispatch to your door is 2-4 working days, but the delivery time can be up to 10 working days (2 weeks) from dispatch at Royal Mails peak times. All dispatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery times.
Despite our best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as they may have tried to deliver your package, but were unable to. Should you have not received your full order within 21 days of DISPATCH then please report it.
Prior to using the item, please ensure you read the instruction manual, to fully understand the operations and features of the equipment.
In the unlikely event that you experience any technical problems ( manufacturing defects ) with the item please return it to us for a replacement ( within 12 months of purchase ) .
