Any damage to goods or shortages to deliveries must be reported to us either by email or telephone within 24 hours of delivery. (Office hours 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays). Returns are not accepted without prior agreement. Returned goods will only be accepted providing they are undamaged and unused and returned with their original packaging.
