• POSTAGE: All items are normally posted out within 1 working day once payment has cleared this is Monday to Friday but not bank and public holidays. We always acquire proof of postage for each item that is dispatched so we can not accept responsibility for any item that is lost or delayed by ROYAL MAIL because this is out of our control. We would always advise using recorded delivery option so you can track your item. In the unlikely event of a lost item we will either refund or resend any item after the 15th working day has passed and then pursue a claim on your behalf with Royal Mail unlike many other sellers that insist you are liable for pursuing the claim yourself. We will pursue the claim on your behalf ensuring a trouble free transaction. Your item will be checked before they are dispatched and sent in a sealed wrapping to the address that you have given to us via Ebay. All combined orders over 1kg will be sent via standard parcels.

• PAYMENT: Payment must be made within 3 days of sale ending. All cheques or postal orders must be made out to A.HIBBERT. If paying by cheque allow 7 days to clear. E-Cheques can take up to 10 days to clear. Orders from outside the UK must be paid by Paypal.

• RETURNS: We accept returns as long as they are returned within 7 days of receipt. You must email us first and return the item in a resellable condition with all the tags and box intact. You the customer must pay all postage costs for the item to be returned and we only refund the original item price, not the postage. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent out. All items are checked twice before dispatch. If an item is returned that had free postage there will be a 20% rehandling charge to cover our expenses that we have lost. All returns have to go through Ebay's return claim procedure.

• NON PAYMENT: All non payers will be reported to ebay, this is so we can claim are fees back from Ebay. If you change your mind you will have to go through an unpaid item claim for the same reasons.
