The skirt has been made in a very good quality metallic purple Lycra which is stretchy & very comfortable to wear(easy to take off & put on) . The skirt has a black elasticated waistband when stretched measures 28 inches unstretched 22 inches, it has a 2.5 inch shaped top with a very full circle frilly skirt measuring 7 inches (including the frilly edge) which has been made in a stunning VERY CUTE- plain black satin with 2 rows of pleated black lace and finished with two purple satin tie up bows. TOTALLLLLLLY STUNNING WAY TO CUTE -IDEAL FOR YOUR LITTLE MINI ME'S
