Delivery Policy

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all items next working day after receiving cleared funds. Sunglasses will be sent via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, please note this doesn’t include weekends or bank holidays.

International

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Airsure which offers a fully traceable service

Returns Policy

All items sold are brand new and unworn. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund of purchase price (minus 10% to cover restocking fees and excluding delivery and return costs) items must be:
1.Returned via recorded delivery in the same condition as received
2.Returned in original packaging, undamaged and all tags attached
3.Returned within 14 days of receipt
Exchanges are welcome (stock permitting) but you will be liable for all return and re-delivery charges.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions are accurate and up-to-date. To help with your product selection we include images, however, slight variations in colour should be expected. Please note all measurements are approximate.

POSTAGE & PAYMENT
As we require immediate payment on all purchases we only accept payment via Paypal. Most items are listed under ‘Buy It Now’ we do however sometimes list items on Auction and Best Offer and on those occasions we ask that payment be made within 3 days of auction ending. All items are dispatched next working day after receiving cleared funds. Postage costs don’t just include cost of delivery; it also includes all listing/selling fees and packing bags.

LOST/DELAYED ITEMS
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail. An item is not classed as lost or delayed until 25 working days have passed. We always obtain proof of postage for all items. UK customers if you have not received your item within 14 days of dispatch please contact us via ebay.
