Terms & Conditions of Service
i. Delivery price is for Mainland UK only and does not include Northern Ireland. For delivery to any non Mainland UK address please contact us for a quote.
ii. Whilst we do everything to ensure delivery is within the stated times, on some occasions circumstances beyond our control may cause delay to delivery.
iii. skiwear4less creates and uploads many listings each day. Although very rare, occasionally there may be an error in a listing or an item may be listed that is not in stock. In any such circumstance you will be notified at the earliest point and where the item listing is incorrect you will be permitted to cancel the transaction.
iv. Payment is required within 5 working days of purchase, item will not be dispatched until payment is received. Cheques are subject to a minimum of 10 days clearance before item can be dispatched.
v. Colours displayed on each users computer may vary slightly from the true colour.
