Not sure if this is the right model of LCD for your laptop, we have some helpful instructions on how to get your part #, and be assured you are getting the right product for your laptop. If you order the wrong product, you can exchange it, any additional shipping charges or fees would be the buyer’s responsibility. If the Buyer receives a screen not compatiable than the screen which the buyer ordered, the Buyer has seven 7 days from the date of receipt to request an RMA number.( ITEM NO ) The Buyer must return the screen in original condition. Scratches on the screen surface may result in a fee of £25. Warranty, is void if the original serial numbers / labels are removed or do not match those of Item originally shipped |

STEP1
Remove Four to Six LCD mask stubs
Remove four screws hidden under Stubs |
|
STEP2
Put your fingers between the plastic cover and the LCD screen and carefully release the latches |
|
|
STEP 3
Remove the cover. Do not hurry; twist slightly to release latches |
|
STEP 4
Removed 4 to 6 screws securing the LCD screen |
|
|
STEP 5
Lift Carefully the LCD screen off the cover |
|
STEP 6
Remove the securing tape from the display cable
Disconnect the display cable from the connector |
|

STEP 7
Remove the screw securing the inverter. |
|
STEP 8
Lift off the inverter board.
Disconnect inverter cables on both or one end.
Remove the inverter.
Remove the LCD screen |

Ø Ship us your laptop in a specially designed box for laptops.
Ø Once we receive it we will install your screen, contact you about payment and return ship.
This process takes 1- 2 business days once we receive it, and then depending on how you would like it returned to you, you can have it back as quickly as overnight.

Notebookbitz provides full warranty coverage on all screens purchased for a period of up to Ninety Days days from the date of purchase of the respective screen Defects covered under the Standard Warranty include electronic defects, cosmetic defects and screens that are dead-on-arrival Lines, Dead Pixels and that are manufacturer defects of the screen and not caused by user mishandling or caused by a defect of another computer component Cosmetic Defects and DOA are covered for seven 7 days from the date of purchase of the respective screen Cosmetic Defect does not cover physical damage or defects as a result of buyer mishandling. Should the Item be DOA or have a Cosmetic Defect, the Buyer must notify notebookbitz within seven 7 days of the date of purchase.
