New Roll of Galvanised Wire.

Approx 1.6mm x 30 metres

Single strand wire but very heavy duty. 5kg strain.

For home, garden, boats, farm or car - industrial quality.

As you can probably tell photography is not my strong point but honesty is, so if you have anything else you want to know? Just ask.

 IF you have any problems with any of my items just let me know immediately and I'll sort it out. I have 5 figure feedback with very few negatives. This is because when occasionally there has been a problem I have always tried to sort it out! Though occasionally some buyers haven’t realised that if they contact me (or hopefully any seller) we actually want to sort out the problems.  So PLEASE contact me if you are unhappy with my items or my service before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Give me a chance to put things right first!

Most of the problems I have had are because Royal Mail has lost the parcel. I do always get a proof of posting, but Royal Mail do not consider a parcel ‘lost’ until it is 15 days overdue (25 days for an over-seas parcel). Only THEN can I refund/replace etc. We have to allow Royal Mail to sort their problems first. But I feel it is only fair to say that apart from around the time of the strikes last year they have lost less than 30 parcels of mine - that's not bad really, considering how many I send out and I can tell from other sellers that this is a general problem.

Please note all Parcels posted through Royal Mail are insured for up to about £35 so for most of my items further insurance is not necessary.

It really hurts being left an unfair feedback. Please think about that if/when you leave negative feedback, I DO take it personally. I am honest, I bend over backwards sometimes to be reasonable, responsible and efficient but despite that as one of my buyers put it if it's not gold plated and delivered yesterday you can't please everyone! But I try hard to have only satisfied customers.

Please note I always try to post on the day or the day after I have received payment but life happens and so that is not always possible, but I try my best! I believe 95+% of my items are posted within 2 working days of payment. Here are a few feedback comments about speed of dispatch. (All these items were posted in the 2 week run-up to Christmas)

Please note about once a month I am often away for a couple of days, usually with access to a computer so I can probably answer queries etc but I’m not able to post on those days. Sorry but these are my respite breaks (I have 2 disabled children) and these are absolutely vital!! I do try to take them so there is as little disruption to e bay buyers as possible.

My P&P charge is between 30p and £1 more than the cost of the stamps. This is to cover 1. Wages (that alone is an average of 60p per parcel),  2. The hire of the franking machines. 3. The actual packaging etc. More if it is a delicate item and needs bubble wrap as it is expensive to buy. 4. Transporting all the parcels to the Post office. I try to be fair about postage. (I have made errors in the postage quotes, but my mistakes work both ways. Swings and roundabouts. I apologise if you are a roundabout …. Or is it a swing?) Plus e bay’s calculator is not flexible enough to mesh with Royal Mail’s charges. Some good news is that if you buy more than one item (in UK) from me I will usually reduce postage costs. The more you buy usually the more the reduction. So if e bay doesn’t combine postage automatically or if you have bought more than 3 of any one item, ask for an invoice, that way I can combine the postage costs. (The main exceptions are things that weigh almost 1 kg going second class, as Royal Mail have a policy that anything over 1kg cannot go second class. So I have to post separate parcels anyway. The main culprit there are the 25 x tablecloths. ) But for several smaller items, this usually means you get a reduction AND I can post them first class. Just be assured I will do my best for you. In the past I have refunded over-payments when new/naive buyers have paid too much. That is currently running at about 6 refunds per day. But it is much easier and more efficient if you request an invoice before you pay. Again it's that honest streak in me! I'll never be a millionaire. :-) 

Overseas customers – I am really sorry but I am no longer allowed to sell to the USA or Canada. My insurance company says they will not insure me if I do. Apparently you are too litigious as a nation for them. I am sorry but I need the insurance for my staff. I am now in the process of taking US & Canada postage costs and the ‘I post worldwide’ off my listings but with all the items I have listed that will take a long time. I am really sorry.

Italian Buyers – I have had more parcels go missing to Italy than the rest of the world put together, so I am sorry but I am now only willing to send to Italy with an extra insurance option. This will add £2 to the cost. Sorry L
