7 Days of receipt

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and promise to deliver a fast and efficient service to all of our customers.

When you receive your purchase, if you are not 100% satisfied please contact us via email or telephone and we will endeavour to make you completely happy.

If you still wish to return your purchase we will require you to return the goods using a postal service that is recorded (i.e. the post is signed for) or trackable online.  We will require you to pay the charge for the return shipping.  We will refund your original purchase price less the cost of shipping incurred by ourselves.

We must be notified of your intent to return your goods within seven (7) days of receipt.  The item must then be returned to us within a further seven (7) days, giving a total duration of fourteen (14) days, in order for you to receive a refund.  All returned items will be inspected prior to any refund being issued.

Please be advised that the item(s) purchased and received in new condition must be returned in the same condition to qualify for a refund.  All new items returned in a used condition will not be eligible for refunds.
