Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our 
costs of materials and labour. 
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as 
possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. It is the customers responsibility to inspect 
deliveries for damage in transit and mark the couriers paperwork accordingly when accepting delivery

We warrant and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing, all items are guaranteed for 
12 months unless otherwise specified on the listing. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice

Returns
We give all our customers a 7 day “cooling off” period in which orders can be cancelled. “Your statutory rights 
are not affected in any way.”  
Upon or after receipt of the goods, should you wish to return any of the products, you must firstly email or telephone 
Customer Services on 0115 977 0489 to obtain an authorisation number and return instructions. All goods returned 
must be received by us at our warehouse in an unused and resalable condition with the authorisation number and 
undamaged original packaging and other informative material.  Collection can be arranged but will incur a cost.  
Customer Services are able to give you a quotation should this be required.
Following inspection, refunds can be processed and are subject to a deduction of 15% restocking fees and all 
delivery and collection costs.
