All items we list on eBay are in stock 99% of the time. If you place an order before 1 PM Monday-Friday we normally ship the same day. If you place an order during weekend or holiday period we will ship the next working day. Please note Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 7 working days to deliver the item to you so wait 7 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us.
We only ship within the UK. Orders are normally shipped via City-Link or Royal Mail. 
Additionally, If you're paying by e-check using PayPal, your order cannot be process until the payment cleared through PayPal.

1.0 - If you no longer want the product you purchased, kindly send an email from the eBay system. Please note the item has to be in its original condition as received and unopened. For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used.
