Payment

Pay pal is our preferred method of payment.

We also accept Cheques and Postal Orders.

Cash can be paid on collection.

We can also accept a bank transfer.

If paying by cheque items would be sent once funds are shown clear in our bank.

Payment is required to be made within 5 days of purchase. Failing to do this would result with the non paying bidder being reported to eBay and the item will be re listed.

Delivery

We will post all orders within 1 working day of purchase.

Normally we dispatch on the same day.

We have 12.30pm cut off time with our courier any orders after this time will be sent next working day.

We use UK mail as our courier. We find them to be very reliable.

We use the 24 hour service so you should receive within 1 working day.

If you need it on a specific day just let us know and we’ll do what we can to arrange that for you.

Saturday deliveries incur a surcharge. Please contact for price, if required.

UK mail delivers to most parts of UK without a surcharge. Please see below for exceptions.

 There is a surcharge for those living in the Scottish highlands, Ireland and any UK island. If this affects you please email us.

If the box appears damaged when delivered please ensure you sign for the parcel as damaged as this affects the claim process with the courier.

Feedback on eBay it’s important - and is entirely your opinion of us - and

We always leave feedback for a transaction once the buyer has completed their part of agreement.

We would like the buyer to leave us feedback once they have received what they ordered and is as expected.

you feel you’ve received poor service then before leaving any feedback, please contact us ASAP.

 Returns

All items must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving. The courier only allows 72 hours for any claim to be made.

Ideal Enterprises takes pride in providing all our customers with 100% satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item and before leaving a negative feedback.

All items must be returned within 7 days in its original condition including packaging. Once we have inspected the item(s) a full refund shall be issued within 3 business days excluding shipping and handling. All return shipping is your sole responsibility.
