    My main despatch days are Monday and Thursday, although during busy periods I sometimes despatch more frequently. If payment is received on Monday or Thursday before 1PM I can normally despatch the same day.

    POLICIES OF PACKAGING
    It is important to me that you receive your order in the same condition it was sent in. I know all too well how frustrating it can be when you receive your brand new game only to find after opening the parcel the game's box is smashed or squashed due to poor packaging. In order to prevent this I wrap all Dreamcast, PSOne & Game Boy games in bubblewrap and post them in small sturdy cardboard boxes.
    XBOX, PS2, GameCube, PC & DVD titles will be sent in standard bubblewrap lined parcels. Peripherals that are not considered fragile are normally despatched within parcels aswell.
