Please use the checkout on Ebay for payment services, I usually send out ebay check-out within 1/2 days of a win but if for any reason please contact me within 3 days to confirm acknowledgement of your win. I prefer Cheques(UK) or postal orders (UK ONLY), but will accept COD (cash on delivery) Nochex and Paypal and I will International Money Orders made out in £ sterling only. If paying with a creditcard or visa please ask me to send an invoice for either Nochex or Paypal. Payment to be received within 10 days from end of auction. For payments of less than £5 I will only accept a personal cheque or postal order or even bank transfer. Insurance is available on request only for items over £30, and also recorded delivery (75p) is available on request for buyers in the UK only, buyers in Europe can now request recorded delivery at an extra £3.75 to guarantee delivery.

Customer service is paramount and I try to describe items as best I can according to my perspective. Refunds are not offered, all Items bought on seen as described basis only. I will exchange swimwear for a different size as long as the buyer pays the postage and the item is returned with labels attached. The item is to be returned in the condition it was received within 10 days. I do not offer refunds if the item does not fit. Please check measurement chart for sizing which can be found on shop policies page under the menu. Vintage items are sold as used, unless otherwise stated as new. Major flaws are noted in description, very minor flaws are expected. I do my best to re-cycle all packaging wherever possible, I always use 1st class and airmail unless the buyer requests special delivery or surface mail, items less than £30 are automatically insured in the postage for the UK.

If you live outside the UK and want to bid on a pair of shoes, please email me first as I will have to have the item weighed to find out how much the P&P will be, this is because the P&P sometimes will cost more than the price of the item and unless you either want it sending by surface mail or are willing to pay the price of the P&P airmail, it will be wasting my time and your time to find that the P&P will be more and then you retracting your bid on the item, This has happened quite a few times lately and I have parcelled the item up only to be told that the buyer wont pay the P&P.
