I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this AGREEMENT and the affect
of the same.I am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them,
I assume all risk and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess.
I therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my child's
activities with the above item(s).

This vehicle is for off-road use only. It’s against the law to drive on public roads with such
vehicle and the police have the powers to prosecute offenders and confiscate their vehicles.
Use of this vehicle in public parks and communal areas is also illegal.
When using ATV Quad/Dirt Bike Suitable head protection must be worn at all times.
Other personal protective equipments (safety goggles/visors, boots, knee/l-bow pads,
back support etc) are also necessary as they can prevent and protect from serious injuries.
At all times you should respect others peoples privacy and always consider noise levels
and potential nuisance. Always consider local laws and regulations.
Respect privet property and don’t trespass.
