CD's
All CD's are brand new and original, I do not sell copies or bootlegs. All CD’s are in stock and sent from within the UK.
PAYMENT
I prefer cheque, postal orders or cash (sent at buyers own risk) to keep costs down. You can still use Paypal if preferred. Faulty CD's will only be replaced with same title CD. I will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Once payment has been received CD’s are normally posted within 48 hours.
POSTAGE
All CD's are posted in padded jiffy bags to protect the CD. Due to the nature of CD cases and the postal service no refunds will be offered for cracked or damaged cases. Once payment has been received CD’s are normally posted within 48 hours. A proof of postage is obtained for all CD’s sent. I do not accept responsibility for items that are lost by Royal Mail. Insurance is optional.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
My aim is to completely satisfy all customers. If you are not happy with your purchase please email me with 48 hrs of receipt of the item to discuss any problems you have. I will do my upper most to resolve the issue. However I do not replace cases that are cracked during postage.
